We are delighted to announce that our recent work, “Synergistic Aggregation-Induced Emissive Linkers in Metal-Organic Frameworks for Ultrasensitive and Quantitative Visual Sensing,” has been published in JACS Au. This study presents an innovative AIE-MOF system featuring dual AIE-active linkers, enabling ultra-sensitive and selective detection of the pesticide DCN through fluorescence quenching. By integrating computer vision analysis, our approach allows for rapid, on-site, and quantitative detection of pesticide residues on fruits and soil samples.
This achievement highlights the power of molecular engineering in designing high-performance MOF-based sensors and demonstrates the potential of AI-assisted visual sensing for real-world applications. Congratulations to Yansong Jiang, Wenxin Chang, Zhihao Li, and the entire research team!
